My kid's have been sick for awhile now and it's the middle of winter and we were really trying to find a thing to do that was fun and family oriented. We called the local animal shelter and found that they needed knitted blankets for their kittens. What a fun and very family oriented activity. We collected the knitting supply's we needed and have now begun making blankets for kitty's. It is so much fun and we get to spend lots of time together as a family.
